Shipping Information from CT River Candles

CT River Candles will typically ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt however this may not always be possible based on volume requested. We understand that shipping costs on many online sites are prohibitive to consumers. Because we value our customers and want them to be satisified with their shopping experience at CT River Candles, we've opted to use discounted Flat Rate Shipping on all orders. The Flat Rate Charge is only $7.95 per order to any destination within the US. For orders shipped outside the US, we charge exact postage, and will adjust your invoice accordingly. We are also offering FREE Shipping for orders totaling $100.00 or more!! Shipping will be calculated during checkout Free Shipping does not apply to International Shipping or Wholesale Orders.

Domestic orders are shipped by Priority Mail, with average transit time of 2-3 working days. International orders are sent by USPS. We will find out how best to ship, either priority or firstclass and notify you via email.

All Customs and Duties related to International orders are the Responsibility of the Buyer. CT River Candles will not be held responsible for any Custom and Duties, or any seized or destroyed items during the Customs Process.
