Our soy tarts are handmade with 100% natural soy wax and richly fragranced. Flower Tarts weigh 1 oz and the Leaf, Snowflake and Tree Tarts weigh 1.5 oz and are priced accordingly. Each soy tart will provide hours of scent. Just place the tart in a tealight or our electric tart warmer and enjoy hours of wonderful fragrance. We offer our tarts in scents and shapes based on the season. For example, floral scents are made in Flower Shapes, Fall scents come in Leaf Shapes and Holiday scents are made in Christmas Tree and Snowflake shapes. If you would like your tarts made in a scent that is not listed, we would be happy to custom make an order. Custom orders require a minimum purchase of 6 soy tarts of the same scent. Refer to our scent list for scent descriptions and colors. The soy tarts are packaged individually and make great gifts.
Soy and Color Variations
Color variations in soy candles and melts are normal and referred to as frosting. Frosting is when the soy wax forms tiny, white, frosted-looking crystals on the top of the wax and/or on the sides of the jar. It looks very similar to the white frosted look that sometimes appears on chocolate. Most people don't mind frosting and many even like the effect. In fact, many customers have said they look for frosting as a sign that the candle is indeed made with soy and not paraffin. Soy candle manufacturers often add paraffin wax (called a parasoy blend) to their candles to eliminate frosting. We are committed to providing you with paraffin-free candles and therefore do not add paraffin to our wax. We have experimented with our dyes, fragrance oils, and pour temperatures to keep frosting to a minimum, but some frosting is to be expected with all soy products.
